The client will receive an e-mail order confirmation that contains the summary of the products, the related costs and peculiar conditions that can be applied to the order after the client enter the purchase button on the final review pages for your review. The client also will receive an email Invoice that contains the summary of the products, the total cost to be reviewed by the client.

11. Not Available Products And Purchase Restrictions

zelza is not responsible for the transitional or permanent not availability of one or more products. In case of not availability, even transitional, of the requested products, zelza will inform the client and will not charge the client with the corresponding price. All the situations in which purchase restrictions can be applied are highlighted in the website.

12. Un-Fulfillment Of The Shipping

To fulfill the shipping it's necessary that the client or his person in charge is present at the address indicated in the order. zelza can decide to exclude the client from future purchase and can subordinate the shipping service as well.

13. Payment

To purchase our products, client should pay the total cost through Bank transfer after the client received an email Invoice and send the payment confirmation through our website www.zelza-bedlinen.com that contains with total transfer amount, invoice number and name of the client. We will not precede any order until we receive your payment.

After we receive your payment then we will send you the payment receipt that contains the summary of the products, the date and time of the shipping and we are starting to proceeds your ordered.

14. Responsibility

zelza guarantees the respect of the quality rules related to the products. Any responsibility related to the bad condition of the products due to improper movement after the shipping time is not included. zelza is not responsible of the information, data, technical or other inaccuracy contained in the website.

zelza declines any responsibility related to direct or indirect damages of any kind or of any matter that happened after the use of the website or of the news, pictures and information that it contains.

zelza is not responsible for information diffused by producers or distributors. Possible disputes related to the performance of the service can be arisen only within 10 days after the delivery of the products.

15. Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition in order to receive a refund. "New and unused" means the item is in its original packaging and there are no marks or signs of use on the product or the product's package. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or handled. If the product is opened, it must be re-packaged as originally shipped including all tags and packaging inserts.

Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned items that are not in original package with all of the tags/packaging inserts. We regret that we cannot accept returns of used items. zelza reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: discontinued merchandise, sale merchandise and special orders and/or monogrammed items.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange to have the item picked up and the correct item sent out. If you prefer to return the item(s) by your own shipping method, please understand that you do so at your own expense. A copy of your packing slip or your name and order number must accompany returned items. Please retain a copy for your records.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price less the restocking fee (if applicable) will be credited to the form of payment used for the original purchase. We do not refund shipping or gift wrap charges.
