Do you sell your products from a shop?

All of zelza products are sold via our on-line shop website. We place the latest design on 'OUR COLLECTIONS' page. There are images of the designs; these can be viewed by moving the mouse over the images and then clicking with the mouse. All information including fabric, design, color, size and thick of the products are available as well as the features and prices. The colors and designs we have available depend on season and our stock of fabrics.

Where are the products made?

zelza use only fine linens which came from the highest fine quality cotton percale; and the highest quality cotton are long staple cotton. Among long staple cottons, Egyptian cotton, acknowledged as the best quality, longest-staple cotton in the world. Although historically it all came from Egypt, today “Egyptian” cotton is also produced in other countries. The world’s leading producers of cotton are China, the United States, India, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Brazil and Turkey; other large producers are Australia, Greece, Syria, Egypt, and Turkmenistan. It still complies with the original Egyptian standards of quality, including a 1 1/4- to 2-inch staple, compared, for example, with Pima cotton’s 7/8-inch staple. We also use blend cotton for our easy-care range of bed linen.

All of our products are assembled, developed and finished by our team in Indonesia, as well as the embroidered stitch designs with local and imported materials. Each embroidered product is a ‘made to order’ item.

How we wash the products?

All of zelza products are packaged with care instructions, and all have sewn-in labels with universal laundering symbols. For a key to these symbols as well as tips and information about linen care, please see 'Caring Your Bed Linens' in 'Article & Info' page. Most of zelza products can be washed in water. The sooner you wash, the better it is, so wash dirty linens right away.

How long it will take for delivery postage?

Stock items are delivered within 10 days, embroidered made to order items, usually takes between 12 to 16 days - please allow up to 20 days for delivery.

What are the advantages of an embroidered design over a printed design?

Apart from the aesthetic appeal, embroidery does last longer whereas a print soon fades. The embroidery threads we use are of the highest quality, durability and are color-fast.

Can we change the design with other fabric?

Should you see a design which you would like stitched on a) a different fabric or b) a different color - please email to info@zelza-bedlinen.com with your require product code whether the service is available for the design you are interested in.

I would like to put my initial on the product, is this service available?

Monogramming or name embroidered is available at zelza, please allow an extra week for delivery on monogrammed merchandise - for more information about monogramming, and please go to 'Bespoke Service' page.

I would like a unique design as a gift for someone special, is this service available?

zelza accepts commissions and is happy to provide this service. Many of the designs on the website have been adapted to the client’s requirements with an exclusive design in mind. We also have a gift wrapping service on request. Our products make ideal wedding gifts, anniversary and special occasion gifts. Please email to: info@zelza-bedlinen.com with your details request.

I would like to have embroidery on the pillowcases to match the duvet cover, is this service you provide?

Yes for an additional cost a section of the design can be embroidered on the corner of each pillowcase. Please go to 'Bespoke Service' page for more information.

How do I recognize your products?

All of our linen products have sewn-in zelza logo and packing with zelza original packaging.
